Migrating to HubSpot

Let’s not sugarcoat this, migrations are hard and time-consuming. Your legacy CRM wasn’t built to make it easy for you to leave.

Migration Options

Technology can help. HubSpot’s connector to Salesforce can import standard and custom objects, but if you need historical activities, this tool won’t cut it. We are Import2 partners and it fills this gap for Salesforce and enables other CRM migrations where there isn’t a native integration. When available and appropriate, we can use APIs.

Old-fashioned hard work. Workflows, lists, campaigns, and templates need to be rebuilt manually in HubSpot. Spreadsheet imports are sometimes a viable alternative to 3rd party technologies.

When to Call the Cavalry

  1. Your CRM subscription is expiring and you need someone to drop what they are doing and make the migration happen ASAP.
  2. Your CRM is complicated and there is risk of data loss.
  3. You don’t have the bandwidth. A successful migration requires your time and talents, but we can lighten the load.
  4. You’d benefit from best practices. Our tried and true process means fewer headaches and a better end result.

The Migration Process

  1. Pre-migration. Evaluate your legacy CRM, identify and map assets to HubSpot, and prepare HubSpot. 
  2. Migration. Move, monitor, and QA.
  3. Post-migration. Test, adjust, and train your team.
