About Us

Ben is a self-described “old man in HubSpot years” having used the platform more than a decade of its 15-year existence. Today, Ben’s focus is building a team of HubSpot experts that enable business growth with HubSpot. Ben is literally writing the book on journey-based advertising. When Ben's not glued to his desk, he's spending time with his wife, Cat, and their three kids, River, Sage, and Judah. The Donahower clan enjoys watching Flyers hockey games, fishing, and going to amusement parks. Just to make things weird, Ben is an on-again-off-again mushroom grower and has a worm farm in the basement.

Stefan has been in love with all things digital for almost a decade. He graduated from John Naisbitt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and attended an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His areas of expertise include website optimization, marketing strategies, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Marketing. With a combination of tech and marketing savvy, his goal is to increase your profit, customer base, and brand awareness while cutting expenses through careful optimization and split testing. Outside of work, Stefan traveled the world as a model, and still enjoys traveling. He loves listening to audiobooks and considers himself a fitness freak.

Meet our HubSpot Administrator Manager, Katarina! Before joining No Bounds Digital, Katarina was a business developer for a large law firm in Belgrade, Serbia, where she honed her skills and grew a passion for social media and retention based marketing. With a degree in marketing along with HubSpot and social media certifications under her belt, Katarina initially joined No Bounds Digital as a Marketing Assistant. Kat has moved up the ranks being promoted to a HubSpot Administrator and now provides leadership to our account management team. When she's not working at a computer, you can find Katarina watching the newest tv shows and movies or traveling across Europe.

Prior to joining No Bounds Digital, she worked in marketing and CS roles at tech companies, including HubSpot. Traci holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Georgetown University and a MBA with a marketing concentration from Boston University. Outside of work, Traci enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, reading, and baking.

I am a musician who has worked for many years as a conductor and art director. My other great passion is programming. And that's exactly why, as an IT developer, I strive to make everything work in harmony. For me, code is like a musical score: a solid construction that grows out of just one initial letter. Before No Bounds Digital, I worked as a freelance developer and in two companies as IT Strategist. As we live in a world of fast information, it is necessary to solve everything and do it in the shortest possible time. So my day stops counting hours and my brain focuses on solving problems. In my free time, I still devote myself to music and art through concerts and festivals around the world, which I enjoy with my wife.

Sanja is a passionate UX/UI designer with 10 years of experience creating compelling and intuitive website designs. 
Before No Bounds Digital, she worked for various companies creating user flows setting product direction, and designing the web experience from concept to completion.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, running, beating her husband in PES, and losing to him in Texas Hold’em Poker. She is a soccer fan supporting Liverpool & Red Star. She is a mom to a girl named Runa and a pug named Brut.
