A Migration and Timesheet Applications for Economic Development Agency

Challenge
As part of a migration from Zoho to HubSpot, No Bounds Digital built a timesheet application within HubSpot. Timesheets were a feature of Zoho and migrating away from this CRM meant that the Economic Development Agency needed a replacement.
The Economic Development Agency used to use two different CRMs for their company; HubSpot and Zoho, but the challenges of keeping two separate CRMs in sync caused them to fully adopt HubSpot. Not only did they need to switch over their company to using HubSpot, but they also needed to create a database in which they could store timesheet information, a function HubSpot does not directly have. They were also unsure about getting HubDB in order to create their own database.
Solution
In addition to the fundamentals of migrating the database from Zoho to HubSpot, No Bounds Digital processed the Economic Development Agency’s migration to HubSpot, cleaning up their systems and databases. To create the timesheet application, a system was created that allowed consultants to complete forms, which were associated with deals. No Bounds Digital created reports based on these timesheet ‘deals’ allowing the agency to easily understand the hours worked by client and by consultant.
Results
The Economic Development Agency worked within two separate CRMs, having difficulty sharing information between the two, but struggling to switch to one due to losing the capabilities of the other. No Bounds Digital helped the Economic Development Agency switch completely to HubSpot, creating a custom database that allowed them to accurately record their work times by client and consulting type without any difficulty.
