Salesforce Migration
Bridgeway Benefit Technologies needed to migrate their data from Salesforce to HubSpot without compromising the integrity and accuracy of their records or their reporting. With a Salesforce contract expiring, it was critical that No Bounds Digital met an aggressive timeline for migrating data and reports.
HubSpot Setup and Onboarding
As part of the onboarding process, Bridgeway Benefit Technologies required assistance in setting up their HubSpot instance to align with their business requirements. This included configuring custom properties, establishing workflows, and optimizing their sales and marketing processes. During HubSpot onboarding basys acquired another company, ISSI, that provided similar services. This posed a unique set of challenges where they were also going to be operating in HubSpot with their own sales process for the time being.
HubSpot Administrative Training
To ensure a smooth transition and ongoing utilization of HubSpot, Bridgeway Benefit Technologies needed comprehensive training for their internal HubSpot admin who was familiar with Salesforce but new to HubSpot. The training aimed to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the platform effectively, including reporting, data management, and automation.

Salesforce Migration
No Bounds Digital leveraged the SFDC connector to facilitate the migration process. No Bounds Digital conducted a thorough evaluation of Bridgeway Benefit Technologies' data and identified the necessary fields and objects to be migrated. The team ensured a seamless transfer of leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and tasks from Salesforce to HubSpot. By auditing and pruning Salesforce data, No Bounds Digital minimized redundant and outdated records, resulting in a clean and organized HubSpot database. No Bounds Digital not only reproduced but enhanced reports required by the board of directors.
HubSpot Setup and Onboarding
No Bounds Digital collaborated closely with Bridgeway Benefits Technologies to configure their HubSpot instance to align with their unique business processes. This included creating custom properties, setting up email and meeting integrations, and implementing personalized workflows. The team worked diligently to ensure that Bridgeway Benefit Technologies' sales and marketing teams could seamlessly transition to HubSpot without disruption. In particular, they had unique needs in how they price their products and services including a base rate, pricing for individual users, and other factors. No Bounds Digital built an automated deal total amount calculated property that accounted for the sophisticated pricing model.
HubSpot Administrative Training
Recognizing the importance of empowering Bridgeway Benefit Technologies' internal HubSpot admin, No Bounds Digital provided comprehensive training sessions tailored to her specific needs. The training covered various aspects of HubSpot administration, including user management, reporting and analytics, custom fields, and deal pipeline management. No Bounds Digital equipped the internal admin with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience throughout the onboarding project.
