The project included the enhancement of two client-provided HubSpot forms with embedded e-signature functionality, enabling users to complete and sign forms directly within the HubSpot experience.

To support downstream operations and compliance workflows, No Bounds Digital developed an automated process that:

  • Captured completed form responses and signatures
  • Generated a finalized PDF document for each submission
  • Automatically attached the signed PDF to the appropriate HubSpot contact record
  • Synced submitted property values from the contact record to newly created deals using enhanced workflow automation

To improve visibility for internal teams, No Bounds Digital also configured:

  • Dedicated property group displays within HubSpot deal records
  • CRM visibility enhancements for viewing form submission details
  • Filtered deal views for simplified exporting and operational reporting

Because HubSpot’s newer multi-step forms presented technical limitations related to e-signature support, No Bounds Digital engineered a flexible fallback strategy using HubSpot’s legacy form builder to ensure the required functionality could still be delivered without sacrificing user experience.
