Seamless Zoho-to-HubSpot Migration for SweetRush

The project involved migrating more than 11,000 records, including contacts, companies (accounts), deals (potentials), and approximately 6,000 file attachments. SweetRush also required preservation of object relationships and service-line data while minimizing disruption to ongoing sales and marketing activities.

Phase 1: Pre-Migration Planning
