Challenge
Telcloud, a telecommunications provider focused on reseller partnerships, needed a scalable way to onboard new resellers while maintaining a high-touch customer experience. Their onboarding process relied heavily on manual communication, document management, and internal coordination, creating inefficiencies that could slow reseller activation and growth.
In addition to streamlining onboarding, Telcloud wanted to connect critical business systems with HubSpot. Their team needed guidance on leveraging the HubSpot API to integrate their proprietary platform and automate the flow of customer, order, billing, and support data. They also wanted visibility into recurring revenue information from Rev.io and improved access to call recordings through Fathom.

Solution
No Bounds Digital designed and implemented a comprehensive HubSpot solution tailored to Telcloud's reseller-driven business model.
The project began with the creation of a structured reseller onboarding framework inside HubSpot. No Bounds Digital developed automated workflows and a dedicated onboarding pipeline to guide resellers through every stage of the activation process. This included automating NDA execution, agreement delivery, welcome communications, onboarding tasks, training coordination, and implementation milestones.
To support Telcloud's long-term growth strategy, No Bounds Digital also provided ongoing HubSpot API consulting. Working closely with Telcloud's development team, No Bounds Digital advised on API endpoints, integration architecture, platform limitations, troubleshooting, and best practices for synchronizing data between Telcloud's systems and HubSpot.
To provide greater financial visibility, No Bounds Digital integrated recurring billing and payment information from Rev.io into HubSpot using Zapier. This enabled key revenue and customer account data to flow automatically into the CRM, giving sales and customer success teams better access to subscription-related information.
The project was completed with the implementation of a Fathom integration, ensuring recorded calls were automatically associated with the appropriate HubSpot records. This provided valuable context for sales, onboarding, and support teams while creating a centralized customer history within the CRM.
