The engagement began with a full HubSpot setup and configuration project, including company properties, pipeline configuration, user permissions, lead tracking processes, and guided onboarding for team members using Outlook and Gmail integrations. Rather than importing legacy data, the client elected to start fresh with a clean CRM structure to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

- Workflow mapping between Idea Room, HubSpot, and operational systems
