Custom CRM Architecture
No Bounds Digital created a custom object structure for boat listings within HubSpot, allowing the team to manage vessels independently from contacts and deals. The setup included custom fields for:
- Boat year, make, model, and engine details
- Listing status and classification
- Buyer budgets and desired vessel information
- Co-brokerage availability and partner details
- Vessel ownership and listing relationships
The system also included dynamic dropdown fields for standardized data entry, including year selections beginning from 1950 onward, make/model management, boat colors, and listing classifications.
Contact & Lead Management Optimization
The contact database was restructured to support multiple customer types, including:
- Listing clients
- Buying clients
- Boat owners
- Co-brokerage partners
No Bounds Digital replaced outdated “broker” workflows with HubSpot ownership assignments, improving accountability and lead routing. Required property logic was also implemented to ensure sales reps captured complete and accurate information during contact and deal creation.
Automation & Workflow Development
Custom workflows were developed to automate lead assignments and improve response times for incoming inquiries. Integrations were configured to automatically sync leads from Boat Group and YachtBroker platforms directly into HubSpot.
The team also optimized integrations with:
- MailChimp for email marketing synchronization
